**Very Important Booking Information**
One Hourly Rate for All Services
All services are charged at the same hourly rate. Your session price is based solely on the amount of time you would like me to be actively capturing photos or video.
Please book based on the actual coverage you need—not the total duration of your event. Breaks, downtime, intermissions, travel between locations, or any periods when coverage is not required should not be included in your booked session time.
Example: If you have a 1-hour hockey game but do not need photos during the 15-minute intermission, book a 45-minute session rather than a 1-hour session.
Overnight Events
My booking platform does not support bookings that extend past midnight.
If your event runs overnight (for example, 9:00 PM–2:00 AM), you'll need to create two separate bookings:
One booking beginning at your event's start time (for example, 9:00 PM).
A second booking beginning at 12:00 AM.
Please remember to book only the total amount of time you would like me to be actively capturing photos or video, not the full length of your event. Breaks, meals, downtime, and any periods where coverage is not required should not be included in your booking.
Example: If your event runs from 9:00 PM–2:00 AM, but you only need 2 hours of coverage throughout the evening, simply book a total of 2 hours between your two bookings. During the booking process, you'll also be asked how long your event runs in the intake form, so don't worry if your booked appointments appear to end before your event is over.
Multiple Locations
A maximum of 5 locations is available per session.
Each location requires a minimum of 15 minutes of coverage.
Travel time between locations is included at no additional cost and does not count toward your booked session time.
Example: If you would like coverage at 3 locations with 15 minutes at each location, book a 45-minute session. Travel time between locations is included.
Professional Equipment & Editing Included
Every booking includes professional editing and post-production at no additional cost.
Photography
Photography sessions are captured using a Sony Alpha 7R V paired with Sony G Master lenses, along with professional lighting and flash equipment when needed to produce high-quality images in any environment.
Videography
Videography sessions are captured using a Sony Alpha 7R V paired with Sony G Master lenses, professional audio equipment, and professional lighting to create cinematic video with exceptional image quality and clear, professional sound.
